4. Fees and Payments

• HobbyNest may charge small service or transaction fees for maintaining the platform and ensuring security.
• All fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content and trademarks on HobbyNest (logos, text, images, design) belong to HobbyNest or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
• Sellers retain ownership of their original product images and descriptions but grant HobbyNest a limited license to display them for marketing and listing purposes.

6. Termination and Suspension

HobbyNest reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or poses a risk to others.
• Remove or hide content that breaches our community standards or legal requirements.
• Refuse service to anyone engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

• HobbyNest provides a marketplace platform, not a direct seller. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of items listed by users.
• Transactions are conducted at your own discretion and risk.
• HobbyNest is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes resulting from user interactions, except where required by law.
