At HobbyNest, we want pricing to be transparent and easy to understand.

Here’s how our fees, credits, and payments work — whether you’re buying, selling, or promoting your creations.

1. Platform Access

Creating an account and browsing items on HobbyNest is completely free.

You’ll only pay fees or use credits when you:

• Make a purchase
• Sell an item
• Use optional promotional tools (like “Featured Listing”)

2. Transaction Fees

HobbyNest charges a small service fee on each completed sale to help us maintain a safe and reliable platform.

3. HobbyNest Credits

HobbyNest Credits are our in-platform currency that you can use to:

• Pay for listing upgrades (e.g., “Featured,” “Highlight,” “Boost Visibility”)
• Cover small transaction fees
• Send as gift credits to other users (if available)

1 Credit = 1 [Your Local Currency Unit] (e.g., 1 Credit = 1,000₫ or 1 USD, depending on region).

Credits can be purchased directly through your HobbyNest Wallet, and you’ll see your balance in your account dashboard.

4. Earning Credits

You can earn HobbyNest Credits through:

• Promotions or referral programs
• Special campaigns or seller achievements
• Refunds (when applicable — see below)

Earned credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

5. Refunds and Credit Expiry

• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
• If a purchase or listing is canceled, applicable credits may be returned to your wallet automatically.
• Expired credits cannot be reactivated.
• Cash refunds are processed through the original payment method only (if applicable).

6. Promotional Tools

Sellers can enhance visibility through optional paid tools:

• 🌟 Featured Listing — show your item at the top of search results.
• 💬 Promote on Homepage — highlight your shop on the main page.
• 🔄 Renew Listing — refresh old listings to reappear in new search results.

You can pay for these features using credits or direct payment, depending on your account settings.

7. Transparency & Updates

We believe in clear, upfront pricing.

If we make any changes to fees or credit policies, we’ll notify users at least 7 days in advance via email or app notifications.
